Very nice management and staff. Helpful and responsive I would go back.

Property was very clean and we liked the passcode doors. Didn’t need to carry a key, even though one was available. They also brought us a crib for our baby, which was lovely of them and helpful for containing him, but he preferred sleeping with us. Wifi was excellent and TV had a lot of options, unfortunately all dubbed in German, but that’s the way it is in Germany.

The two beds pushed together were very light and would move very easily, making it hard to ensure baby was safe while sleeping. The pillows were also too “empty” in regards to stuffing.

Super room, super nice. I have a small kid. They even arranged small Fan for my kid

The room was missing the "lounge" part that was shown in pictures on the website/booking

Booked and paid for double room, provided a tiny single room. No reception or anyone to speak to, emailed the manager to politely ask for the room I paid for and had no response. Far too expensive for the poor standard of accommodation provided. Lots of noise from outside all night long and had to keep the window closed meaning the room was too hot, no a/c or fan. No room cleaning. No fresh towels for five days. This place is an absolute joke, overpriced and non-existent service if you want to speak to a member of staff or hotel representative. Quick to send you the invoice through!
