Location and the size of the room were great.

None of the staff were speaking good English and ordering room service was almost impossible.

Very convenient location for an early flight from the airport. Ten minutes to the terminal through a beautiful tunnel. Modern hotel with excellent English speaking staff.

Large hotel next to the airport and walk in to airport directly from the hotel.

Pool closed and bar staff did not know how to make our drinks.

New and clean.

I dislike the bar at the lobby. I ordered mojito and the waiter told that mint was not available. But surprisingly even without mint leaves, the beverage was tasted like sparkling water. I ordered red wine and the type I desired was not available as well. Then I ordered beer and it was not available as well.

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
