This is by far the best hotel in Rampur, specially to meet the needs of international travellers. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The cuisine has a very good menu with lots of option, and a wide range of drinks. However the best part of this hotel is is the staff. The staff in this hotel are very professional, helpful and kind. The manager was great, he constantly checked on me if I needed something. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and attentive (especially Ms. Rumesh Khan who very patiently and kindly reserved my train ticket back), and on the last day the owner of the hotel personally drove me to the station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone , above all to international scholars who travel to Rampur to work at the Raza library.
