Location and size of the room

The check in process was disappointing. The person who was available at that time was extremely rude and arrogant, i believe his name was Vansh. He was arguing on the amount without referring to the latest invoice from booking.com and also shouting at his staff which was very unprofessional behavior. No apologies even after realising his mistake.. Food was ok for ala carte orders but breakfast buffet was not upto mark.. probably because it is complimentary? Very limited toiletries, no tooth rush or paste, and basic things like tissues were placed only upon request.. u would expect the basics when u pay 10k per night!
