Die Lage, der Balkon und das nette Personal

Das Badezimmer hat stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Abwasser gerochen. Am Fenster war ein kleines Gerät mit Lüfter welches nicht abgestellt werden konnte und die ganze Zeit hörbar war. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal within walking distance from the city centre and close to all the shops and restaurants, but what really made the difference to me was their really good customer service. The staff, and especially the manager were very responsive and caring. We rented a car using their car rental service and that was definitely a plus: good price, good car and fast assistance without having to go look around in town.

It was booked for my parents and we are happy with the stay. The owner helped us in advance to plan transfers to/from airport which was very kind, the hotel is clean and stuff is very friendly and helpful.
