"Looks good outside - not as good inside"

Hotel looks okay outside and on pictures. Checkin was smooth.

There was no hot water in the evening. The internet was lagging and not working well. International card didn't work (but ok this is not a minus since there is major problem with it). Excessive drilling and hammering at morning. Something always rumbled and cracked whole night. But finally someone (I think rats) took fruits from my backpack as well as ate parts of it and left uneaten on floor near bed. Nasty.
