Hotel O Tnagar Residency

One of the staff ( from north east) was better than other two. Others did not bother about the issues.

VERY VERY UNCLEAN and ILL MAINTAINED. IF you complain they will say, they don't bother!! Ac, geyser, cistern doesn't work.Water getting wasted in the toilet and flowing around in the toilet. How many will I narrate ?? There are cockroaches inside the almirah. ( Refer room no 101) Bedsheets are not clean. A towel was torn. There is no ac remote to control the ac. One night ac stopped working. (Refer room no 205). The other 2 guys were not ready to help except the guy from the north east. He helped to move to another room where ac worked but no remote control was available to decrease the cold. (Refer room no 104) Very horrible experience and stay. NEVER EVER VISIT. BTW THE PICTURES PROVIDED HERE BY THE HOTEL ARE ALL COOKED UP. NOWHERE IT MATCHES. Very unexpected of OYO ROOM. NEVER BELIEVE IN THE OYO ROOMS ANYMORE.

What is shown OYO is 100% different and bad.

They collected more than booking tariff, while we raised our concerns, who replied that booking. Com is not theirs platform and directly refused tariff amount

Nothing. They confirmed me room online but when visited in person they denied entry and said there were no rooms. Worst kind of hotel I have ever experienced
