My husband V T Mani who is a senior citizen was the occupant. He reported Rude behavior of reception staff. Despite making full advance payment two days ahead and getting confirmation from Booking.com and reaching site on time was informed by reception staff that they have no information of my booking. Had to pay extra for another room which was partially refunded while vacating when brought to the attention of the in-charge as the AC was not working, bed sheet AND pillow cover was dirty and torn, no towel and soap in bathroom. Overall no facilities . Very very BAD.

Staff were so rude, added £10 to the online price when I get there with no solid explanation, the bed was horrible, the whole place was just shockingly bad
