They came wait for us at bus stop and gave ride to lodge. And then, we have good lunch… and we book safari with the owner and staff and that was so easy, honest and conveniente! Thanks you! Great stay

The room was nice and clean but it needs some refurbishment. The surroundings was full of greenery which is refreshing for those who came from the city. The hotel arranged our safari tour so it went smoothly. They also provided us pickup from bus park to the hotel.

At dinner, the service was slow. In the afternoon, while we were discussing the safari tour, they suggested us to eat dinner there and also told us to come for dinner at 7. We came there at 7:05 and the food was only served at 7:40. The tharu performance starts at 8. So we had to rush eating. There must be some miscommunication. Breakfast was average.

Very nice resort with pleasant gardens and large clean rooms. Good wifi, breakfast and piping hot water in the shower. Excellent location in the centre of town. We even had a rhino walk through the hotel grounds on its way to the fields at the back! Really good value for money.

I stayed at the hotel. The only thing that I and my family enjoyed the silentness and smell of nature (surrounding) at dark night. Very few feedback of my overall 1 night in stay - 1. Getting hot water is really painful job here. Need some sincere maintenance and quick prompt on guest's request. 2. Foods prices are like sky-rocket here. People staying at the hotel(staffs) are not the best guest friendly as per my expereince and also don't have enough other options/varieities. Conclusion: They only take good care of foreigners. Having only 20 mins (Due to late safari arranged by themselves only) late to checkout and the way they pushed us, it seemed like we have done something terribly wrong with them.

Checkout push by knocking the door for only 20 mins late They gave firstly 2 water bottles for 5 persons to drink while taken 2+3 accomodation in 2 separate rooms.

Provided pickup service from the airport, good breakfasts, perfect location not far from the river and the host who is also a guide for the National Park was very helpful, informative, welcoming and friendly! I would love to stay at this property again someday!

Everything was so good. The environment was spectacular. Garden was so full of flowers and looked amazing. I had the awesome view from my room. Woke up with the sound of birds.

Everything very well organised. The place looked very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpfull.

I can't think of anything i did't like

We had a great 3 night stay here in January. We were pleased to have heating and hot water in the rooms. Beds were comfy, food was great. It was very central to restaurants and handy for the river. Gopal met us and was very attentive in ensuring we were comfortable. He arranged our safaris … in one day we did a dawn canoe trip (amaaaazing!!), walking safari then a jeep safari (which finished at sunset). He accompanied us on the first two outings and was wonderful at pointing out and naming the birds. He went through our photos and helped us identify other birds we had seen in Nepal using his local bird book. We were fortunate to see the rhino passing right by our wee cottage … and loved that there were a few elephants in the field at the end of the garden. We used the hammocks and also enjoyed the open fire at nights

A couple of nights a neighbouring hotel had very loud music which finished at 10pm
