Eurostars Torre Sevilla

The location is excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The views from the rooms are amazing, and the on site parking is first rate. The team also did make a real effort to accommodate us when issues came up, which we appreciated.

For a five star hotel, several things fell short. The breakfast was acceptable but underwhelming given the rating. More concerning was the cleanliness. Our first room had not been cleaned to a proper standard, with mould in the shower and hair left around the room from previous guests. They offered to change rooms, but the second room was in the same condition, so we had to request it be cleaned and tidied again on the same day. The shower drainage did not work properly in room leaving water pooling across the floor. The staff tried to put things right, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved to the standard expected at this level.

Everything!!! the rooftop bar is 1 of my favourites from over 200 cities visited, location to all the eateries bars and shops in the mall below is 5 min walk. Loved it

Fabulous, really loved the rooms, and the roof top bar. Parking easy close to electric car charging.

Restaurant did not have any vegetarian options, just grilled vegetables, not good enough for a restaurant of this calibre.
