Lage, leicht zu finden.

Telefonisch war die Kommunikation (Sprachprobleme) sehr schwierig. Ich wollte wissen, ob ich auch nach 23:00 anreisen kann, ohne vor geschlossenen Türen zu stehen. Deshalb bin ich vorgängig am Freitagmorgen hingefahren und habe mündlich mein Bedürfnis vorgebracht. Mir wurde vorgeschlagen, dass der Zimmer/Hausschlüssel im Briefkasten deponiert werden würde, was dann bestens geklappt hat. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht nach der ersten Nacht. Mich persönlich hat das nicht gross gestört, aber ich denke, Sie sollten dies wissen. Andere Kunden könnten weniger konziliant sein.
