The only and only thing that was acceptable is the bed. And the TV had netflix.

The staff are not freindly at all. There is no front desk. There is no phone to comminication. No one speaks english. The pool is super dirty and full of tons of insects. Overall cleaness is almost 1/10 or zero to be honest. Reptiles and filling the place in the kitchen and in our bedrooms in which we found also some big poop on our beds. The shower in our room was broken and water was dripping for 2 days and it was annoying. We asked for maintenance they came but they could not fix it and we stayed without a shower. There was also snake skin incthe garden. Alot of dust in the upper spaces of the room. The villa is not private and staff can access from backside. And i waited for half an hour on the entrance waiting for someone to check out but could not find any staff.

Nothing however you need to be comfortable with the wildlife.

Authentic design mixed with modern set up. Large living area for children.

Cold water ran out after 8pm, opened tv area has too many mosquitoes. Lizard enters the bedrooms and has defecated on the sheets.

The ocean view

Short review: You won’t see 70% of all decorations like in the pictures; the house is old and it literally stinks; the area is very noisy; there is no restaurant; there is no wellness area; the Wi-Fi is slow and cuts off every 10-20 minutes. The pictures DO NOT represent the house. Long review: First, it’s not calm and private as it’s said on the listing. We appear to be in a very busy area with lots of people and bikes (and motorcycles tours) driving along the beach right un front of us. Second, the Wi-Fi is simply slow and disconnects quite often. We needed stable wifi connection for work and we did mention the travel purpose of ours as “work” in advance. Third, the water heater works for 4 minutes max, 3 of which we have to learn how to adjust the temperature. By the time you figure it out, you’ve already run out of warm water. And it works not only for the second person showering, just to mention. We had someone to come and fix it for us but it didn’t change much. The pictures do not represent the place. We chose this villa because of its looks. Because I’d those designer details which are included in the pictures of the listing, but we get to have barely a half of them. We don’t have those pretty cushion covers, or handmade blue rugs near the bed. We don’t have a big red lounge in the living area. I can see lots of designer elements in the photos but not in the reality. I can’t stress this enough - we came here entirely because of the design and luxury experience. Next, it’s said on the listing that there’s a wellness centre and a restaurant on the property. There is NO restaurant on the territory. There is NO wellness area. The fact that the owners have the audacity to include those two things in their listing is insane. Next, we don’t have cozy portable outdoor lights around the pool like in the photos. Towels had someone’s hair in them. There were stains on the bed sheets. There is no storage space.
