Nothing I liked.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Dangerous. At 2AM we were awaken by an employee who opened our hotel room door to "look for extra blankets". Yes, this happened at 2 IN THE MORNING while we were all in bed. This was incredibly unprofessional and scary. We complained to the front desk employee immediately and all he offered was a room change. We stayed awake until sunrise. So much for a vacation. Bad taste from the beginning. We arrived at 5 PM on and our reserved room was not clean. The young woman, around 22 years old, didn't apologize; she just gave us another room and said move here. This room was missing trash bags, towels and hand towels in the bathroom to dry our hands. Lastly, the location has alot of mosquitoes. Better stay away or be prepared for disappointment. We are very upset and annoyed with their security and the lack of employee communication. Worst Hotel Experience EVER.

El cuarto con cama 🛏️ matrimonial es extremadamente pequeña. Es la que reservé en Booking. Así que tuve que pagar más dinero Haen el hotel el cambio a una habitación amplia.

NO SE DESAYUNO EN EL INTERIOR DEL HOTEL, DEBIDO A QUE SE ASISTIÓ A OTRO EVENTO FAMILIAR POR LA MAÑANA. POSIBLEMENTE EN OTRA OCASIÓN SE TENDRÁ LA OPORTUNIDAD DE DESAYUNAR EN EL RESTAURANT DEL HOTEL.

HUESPEDES QUE SE REUNEN ALREDEDOR DE LA ALBERCA EN HORAS DE LA MADRUGADA PARA CONTINUAR CON LA FIESTA, PERTURBANDO LA TRANQUILIDAD DE LOS QUE ESTAMOS YA DORMIDOS, EXPONIENDO UNA PLATICA SONORA MUY ALTA O GRITOS EN ALGUNOS DE LOS CASOS.
