Overall all, breakfast is good and plentiful. Good sea view. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful with arranging next day's tour. Many thanks.

Restaurant staff at breakfast don't speak any English and unfriendly. Important they are trained on etiquette and how to greet and treat customers well with show of some respect. Staff need to better communicate, and they misunderstand your inquiry or request. Smile pleeeeeease!!!!

Only the hotel facade

I booked on Booking. I went to the booking department and my reservation was changed from the hotel. The Booking program says it is just marketing for us and gives me a much lower reservation and says the same price. Is this reasonable?

The hotel furniture is new, good internet speed, good location

The breakfast options are extremely limited, there is no employees to carry the luggage, the room space is somehow small.

I would like to thank all the hotel staff (room service, restaurant, reception) for their wonderful hospitality and comfortable stay, and I especially mention the gentleman Ammar and Ismail, who were the pinnacle of politeness and cooperation. The hotel has its own special style of duplex room that i was impressed by, clean, quiet, and has a sea view

breakfast quality wasnt the best

the location of the hotel is amazing, its 10min away from the airport, a very quiet place like you are staying at your home, the stuff was very friendly and helpful especially ammar, he was amazing and ready to help you wherever you want, the rooms was very clean, the only point that need to be looked is the breakfast, no options and not that good taste

they don’t have alot of options for breakfast it’s prepared tray with not that good taste
