⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front office team was very professional and polite. Special thanks to Yogesh, Neha, and Sohail for their excellent support. They were always ready to help and handled every request efficiently. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. All amenities were properly arranged and in working condition. The bed was comfortable and the room ambiance was relaxing. The food quality was excellent and very delicious. Breakfast had a good variety and fresh options. The restaurant staff was polite and quick in service. The hotel location is very convenient and easy to reach. The overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. The service standards were truly impressive. Every staff member was cooperative and respectful. I really appreciated the quick response to all my requests. The hospitality shown here is top-notch. Everything, the response time was poor, gave us foul smelling water and when asked to replace it, also took them 3 calls to do that. It’s a 4 star rated hotel but it got full dark multiple times due to power cut, no prompt response on anything i arrived at hotel no came to receive my luggage. Not happening place and location was very bad, if someone is going to Udaipur for fun and enjoyment, which most people do, i would not recommend this hotel, it may be suitable for a office meeting but definitely a NO GO for friends and family.
