Logement Petit Beijers

The location was near the canal. It's not easy to access b/c one cannot drive right up; however, we knew that access via car was not complete. The cafe is quite pleasant and the breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The accommodation was as described, and requires climbing upstairs and down some steep stairs within the room. We handled that well but we are fit. The room is a bit rustic with a wood floor and a radiator for heat, but all worked well. We appreciated and enjoyed the thoughtful welcome basket and handwritten notes. Definitely a welcoming and cozy addition to the experience. We love the sensibilities of the owner/operator.

No obvious help with luggage, and we did not ask for help, but just be forewarned. Parking off-site was incredibly expensive and a shock. Would have appreciated helpful tips ahead of time to reserve parking on-line at the most economical garage. The room is unique in history and decor, but the steep internal stair steps into the room are something to be very careful navigating. Not set up for differently-abled patrons. We were hoping for housekeeping service but were not informed of their working hours and seemed to have missed a window for getting at least more towels. Suggest leaving an extra set in the room plus hours of housekeeping availability.

Old town nicely done. Good breakfast. Wish we would of got there early enough for dinner too.

Heel vriendelijk personeel in de soepbar, leuke authentieke sfeer, kleinschalig en persoonlijk, leuke ligging in een buurt met veel leven, goede bedden en veel ruimte

Onze kamer bevond zich op het eerste verdiep. Het was een gezellige kamer met leuk uitzicht, maar door de enkele beglazing zeer slecht geïsoleerd. Bijgevolg hadden we veel geluidsoverlast s nachts van luidruchtige (en dronken) mensen. Ik vermoed dat dit wel vaker in het weekend gebeurd. Ook de klokkentoren laat elk uur van zich horen. Ik heb dus niet veel geslapen. Jammer, want voor de rest is de accommodatie en setting echt heel fijn.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, als wir eine weitere Bettdecke brauchen (es war nur eine große für das Doppelbett vorhanden)

Wir hatten kein Thema damit, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass bei einem niederländischen Stadthaus die oberen Etagen nur durch steilere Treppen erreichbar sind

Nos gustó la ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación y los pequeños detalles agradables que dejaron para los huéspedes.

No nos gustó que en la descripción del hotel no se mencionara claramente el tema de las escaleras. Debería indicarse que son prácticamente verticales, muy estrechas, y que es imposible subir una maleta grande sin riesgo de caerse por la empinada escalera. Además, nadie del personal respondió ni siquiera al número proporcionado para emergencias.

Fijne plek. Knus, schoon. Ik zat in de single kamer. Voldoet aan alles. Heerlijk ontbijt!

Great location, right in centre of Utrecht overlooking a canal. Our room was on the first floor with big windows and a wide windowsill where you could sit and watch the world go by. Room very comfortable. Great shower. Stairs are steep but manageable

Be prepared for noise from the street and also the cathedral bells. Ear plugs are kindly provided by the owners.
