Pathetic Customer Service and very bad management l. While booking I have got the clear message as my kid will stay free with as. However the hotel reception did not accept it and made us pay an extra Rs 500. Apart from this to discuss this issue they made us wait in Mosquito Factory - Hotel Lobby. Really never ever book this hotel you will end up with bad experience.
