Most unusual style of hotel on the top of a hill in its own vineyard. Modern style but traditional building and small family run hotel and restaurant. It was very quiet when we visited and we enjoyed the undivided attention of our host. Quaint rooms with all facilities. Views from the hotel are incredible and worth the visit! Meals and wine very nice too. A great location to visit the Tomb of King Phillip II nearby.

Amazing views over lake and Veria. Very convenient with car, parking just at the door. The atmosphere brings you back in time with a nice taste. Chimney in the common area was fired with some classical music which created a perfect relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a nice glass of wine. Room was spacious with traditional wooden ceiling and closet. Bed and pillows were confortable. Room was heated when we arrived through air heating. Breakfast very good, with greek pastries and sweets, and abundant.

A very interesting place, how often do you get to stay at a place that was designed and built by the owner? We stayed in the middle of January and I think we were the only people staying so we got a very personal service. My wife spent some time sharing recipes with the chef, who is the owner’s wife.

Just little things in the design. We stayed in the middle of January, our room had heating and we were toasty warm, but there was no heating in the bathroom. The bathroom had a huge corner bath, but for an overnight stay we prefer a quick shower and the lack of a shower curtain resulted in a sodden bathroom floor. There weren’t enough power sockets to charge the things modern life has given us.
