No breakfast

There was a motorbike parked on the footpath under the verandah, when the rider left he started the bike, it ran for about 15mins before he left. The loudest bike i have ever heard. People smoking on the verandah right outside our room.

The location suited my needs

The room was very dirty. The soap container in the shower was disgusting and the shower stall itself also not very clean . The TV remote was filthy. All the light switches needed a good clean. There was a hanger for clothes but no coat hangers. The coffee cups were also not clean. The toilet fittings looked very worn and needed to be replaced. The industrial style toilet paper dispenser was also a bit of a surprise. I expected noise so no complaints about that. But if you are staying Friday/Sat nights just be aware that the band is loud as are the patrons. The young man who escorted me to my room did not offer to help with my bag , I am a senior and although I was very able to manage my bag it would have been nice if he had offered. The facilities did not match the price I paid for this room. I also think a Smart TV would be just about standard in hotel rooms these days. I certainly wasn't expecting 5 star but I was expecting clean.

Lovely stay! We went to see a band & didn't want to worry about getting a taxi or uber home

It's our local and we needed the night for a private function and as always the Yandina Hotel was accommodating...

Been staying here a while now and the room and bathroom cleanliness is going downhill. The price is rather high for a room with a shared bathroom. The pizzas are usually good, however this time it was sadly lacking in the topping department as well as I paid a good deal extra for jalapenos to be added to find four little pieces on the pizza .. bit rich when you can buy a jar at a supermarket for a ridiculously cheap price!
