Hotel jest w naprawdę dobrej lokalizacji - pomiędzy centrum i dworcem kolejowym, bezpośrednio przy bazarze. Trochę obawialiśmy się o parkowanie, ale na szczęście zawsze były wolne miejsca wzdłuż ulicy zaraz przy wejściu do hotelu. W hotelu było bardzo czysto. Poza ręcznikami dostępne również były jednorazowe kapcie, zestaw kosmetyków oraz szczoteczka do zębów.

Pierwszego dnia pobytu w hotelu nie było dostępu do wody przez cały dzień, co uniemożliwiało wzięcie kąpieli czy skorzystanie z toalety. Po długiej podróży było to bardzo niekomfortowe. Hotel nie zaoferował nam żadnej rekompensaty, nawet zwykłej butelki wody, abyśmy mogli chociażby opłukać ręce. Na nasze pytanie o jakąkolwiek pomoc, pracownicy recepcji odpowiedzieli, że jedyną opcją jest szukać innego miejsca, a ponieważ rezerwacja została dokonana przez Booking, nie przysługuje nam żadna rekompensata. Zachowanie hotelu w obliczu problemu było wyraźnie nieprzyjazne wobec gości.
