The staff was amazing!! So kind and sweet.

Easy access, close to multiple cafes and restaurants, helpful staff.

Loaction. The room could've been nice if it had been cleaned.

At first, the bathroom was dirty (hair and pubes/or some other body hair from previous guest at the sink and the bidet). They had someone (old lady, maybe the owner) clean it after an hour. This was fine. Later on, we opened the bed and there were hair from previous guest. At this point it was no longer acceptable. The old lady came to change the sheets. We requested a compensation, she offered us first a coffee, then 5 euros and then 10 euros. We demanded 50% as it was getting ridicilous. She said that was impossible. In the morning we went to ask the official complaint form la hoja de reclamaciones and they agreed to give us 50% off. Even then, it left us a sour taste.

Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Right as we walked in we felt at home! I would 100% recommend this for any pilgrims on the Camino!
