-the smell in the room - the guy at the reception did not greet by arrival - jacuzzi was dirty - sand on the fridge

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel und in allen Bereichen. Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind es nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Wir waren mit dem Mietauto unterwegs, deshalb waren wir froh um den Privatparkplatz. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und wurden auf Wunsch auch täglich kurz gereinigt. Der Pool selbst lädt zum entspannen ein und wird gut in Schuss gehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber vollkommen ausreichend und sie konnten auch auf Ernährungseinschränkungen (glutenfrei) eingehen.

Am Pool sollten die Liegen mal erneuert werden und die Liegepolster öfters gereinigt. Die Duschen sind leider unpraktisch gelöst, da hat jemand bei der Planung nicht mitgedacht. Das lösen sie bestmöglich aber ideal ist was anderes.

În privința curățeniei, la noi apartamentul a lăsat de dorit, canapeaua murdară, așternuturile la fel, în baie era la fel de murdar și pe jos. Baia la jacuzzi neschimbată, am făcut solicitare următoarea zi să se schimbe și apa de la jacuzzi și saltelele de la canapea, dar nu s-au făcut îmbunătățiri. Micul dejun foarte slab și timp de 6 zile nu au diversificat nimic în meniu. Nu există televizor smart, având în vedere ca vin mulți turiști și nu toți înțeleg greacă, e necesar în 2025.

The design and atmosphere were visually pleasant, and the location was beautiful. The people working there were also very nice and polite, which we appreciated.

We stayed for a few nights in a place that is presented as luxury, but unfortunately, the real experience did not fully match what we expected from how the hotel shows itself online. We were first taken to the wrong room and only realised ourselves that it was not the one we booked. Then we had to wait two more hours for the correct room to be ready, even though we arrived well after check-in time — and this was in June, when the season was still relatively low, so we would have expected everything to be ready without such confusion. The fridge still had half-used bottles from previous guests and there was visible dust. The private pool had flies floating in it, and on our last morning, we were woken up around 8:00 by staff working right next to our pool, making it impossible to rest before leaving. The breakfast buffet looked nice and had plenty of choices, but it was left uncovered every day, with flies around it, so we only ate the covered items and then had to continue our breakfast somewhere else. We understand how challenging it is to run a hotel, and we truly respect the effort that goes into it. But everything, from the rough start to the small details that kept disrupting our stay, left us feeling that the experience never reached the level it could have for something presented as luxury. Sometimes it felt like the focus was more on how things look. The design and atmosphere were certainly pleasing to the eye, and the staff was polite, but overall, it seems it takes more genuine effort to make it truly great inside and out. All these comments are not coming from a place of spite, and we truly hope they will be taken as genuine feedback to help make things better for a beautiful place like this.

Az egész helynek fantasztikus hangulata volt – igazi görög bájjal és nyugalommal. A személyzet kivétel nélkül rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, külön kiemelném a menedzser asszony rugalmasságát és figyelmességét(innen is puszilom) . Mindenki mosolygós és vendégszerető volt, mindig készségesen segítettek bármiben. A szoba, amit kaptunk, gyönyörű volt: autentikus görög hangulatú, tágas és tiszta, csodás erkéllyel. A takarítónő minden nap gyönyörűen rendbe tette. A medencénél a napágyak és napernyők nagyon kényelmesek voltak, és az egész területnek nagyon jó, nyugodt, barátságos légköre volt.

Minden tökéltes volt.

Hotel muy completo, parking privado y espacioso, desayuno muy diverso, habitaciones y limpieza impecable, lo que mas destaco es el personal, muy agradable y servicial. No tengo ninguna duda en que repetiria.
