Nothing. Very bad experience.

It was a suite room which didn't have any facilities. No additional bed was provided in spite of requesting in advance. This is the first room which I saw without a hot water facility in the bathroom. It was raining and the water was cold. Kids had a tough time. My train was at 4:00 pm. Hence asked for a late checkout but the reception staff was demanding full rent. Staff repeatedly called us to check out before 1:00 pm to avoid full room rent. The room smelt very stale while using AC and the fan was creating bearing noise and wobbling like hell. It was a nightmare to stay in that hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone. Food was average and pricey.

Big bathroom,staff... informed me my missing items in the room and contacted me with in 1 hr ..so that I could collect it.

Not maintained electrical fittings, Tv was not working..because of electrical trip problem fan and ac stopped working at 1 am. Room telephone also not working at that time... I tried in their mobile number provided in booking.com...staff came promptly... can't clear the problem..arranged the next room... Too uncomfortable .. waking up kid and shifting room in late night .. other room was ok ...since open to public ..no privacy in the restaurant.
