"Unreasonable answer"

They opened our room,thinking no one is in,however my daughter was there and was so frightened.u confronted them but the unreasonable answer was because a client wants to see the room.can't they atleast wait for us to checkout the next day to show the room?!?!so that means if we were not in the room,they will easily open and get in for WHATEVER reason they have.same goes to all guests.beware.so disappointing.all our things are inside,including our valuables and my daughter for that matter.what if my daughter was naked or taking a bath?!?!?they would just barge in and let a guest see our room that i already paid?!?!?!i can actually sue them because the room was already paid until the next noon and they went in opened the door witout permission🤦‍♀️do not as in NEVER check in in this place .

The staff were so lovely and very helpful for everything we needed. They helped us with where to go for the excursions and for rides to wherever we needed. We would be happy to go there again.
