Dear Best Western Team, We stayed at your hotel recently, and overall everything was very good. In fact, we have stayed at your property multiple times before, and this was around our 4th or 5th stay. However, during this visit, I had a disappointing experience. Around 8:00 AM, we placed a breakfast order for fruits and other available in-room dining items. When I called for the second and third time regarding the order, the staff member answered the phone and said to someone else, “The call has come again.” I found this quite unprofessional. If a guest is staying at your hotel, it is natural for them to call regarding their requests, and such comments should not be made while attending guest calls. Secondly, we understand hospitality rules and SOPs, but sometimes human errors can happen. For example, if something accidentally falls on a bedsheet or if a guest gets injured, charging blanket or laundry fees in such situations feels unreasonable. As frequent travelers, we may not always be aware of every single policy in detail. This time, I am quite disappointed with certain aspects of the service. However, I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Alok, who was very helpful, professional, and polite throughout our stay. The bellboy was also very sweet and courteous. I request the management to kindly ensure that during our future stays, we do not face such disappointing experiences again. Thank you.

The best hotel in the city on airport road with excellent service, the room was very neet and clean & specious I really enjoyed my stay, the team housekeeping was excellent, Room boy Rahul and his supervisor Jagdeep was very good person, as they are provid best services to us with full of amenities, i would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members. I met with the manager also during checkout at reception Mr. Neeraj kumar he is also very good. The food was also aosum i really enjoyed alot.
