Very friendly staff, very helpful!

Wasn’t very clean

The staff. The manager was so accommodating and hospitable that I honestly cannot imagine what else he could have done to make us feel more welcomed. He gladly helped us organise whatever we needed and was able to sort out even the weirdest asks on our end. Exemplary service. Location also could hardly be better.

The room and the equipment is hardly new and you can tell its glory time is over. But it does not really matter - especially at this price.

Location is within walking distance to the temple and Jaliawala bagh. The host and staff were very receptive to our requests.

The rooms were a bit beat down, but still great value for money.

The manager welcomed us warmly, did only the essentials at check-in and showed us to our room in less than 5 mins. He did not require payment until the time of check - out. He clearly explained the points of interest in the area and provided us with an easy to follow map. Our complimentary breakfast was so delicious. We enjoyed it in the relaxing garden area. The kulcha was the best of anywhere. We loved the location. It was quiet and authentic, and only 2 minutes walk to the lively streets and shops. The golden temple is truly only 5 mins walk. We were allowed free luggage storage for the day after check-out. When we returned from sightseeing we were allowed to rest in the garden area and given bottled water free of charge. It is the service here that makes this stay special. I definitely recommend it,

This was my second time staying here . The hotel is not fancy however it is clean, modern and has everything you need . If things are not in sight the manager and other staff will organize it for you. In my opinion the highlight of the place is the manager and his absolute aim to try and do everything he can to make your stay comfortable. Rest of the staff are also great with a good attitude and smiling faces. We were a family of 6 and 4 members became quite ill. The manager Avjit showed genuine concern and did everything he could. He contacted doctors, pharmacist and organized a speedy consultation with a doctor. He even sent the hotel car to assist. He offered a late checkout without being asked and out absolutely no pressure on us . He is a real asset for the hotel. Thank you all so much. We are really grateful.

Beaucoup de bruit, des clients mais également du personnel. Pas très nouveau. Comportement du patron qui m’a laissé un peu dans l’expectative, ne sachant pas si la confiance était dans les deux sens ou pas. Très troublant, voire gênant. Première expérience de ce genre.

Das Personal (unser Kontakt war fast ausschließlich Mr. Avijit) war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ob Frühstück, Shuttlearrangement oder der eine oder andere Sonderwunsch, alles wurde erfüllt.

Das Zimmer für die erste von 4 Übernachtungen hatte kein Fenster.

Nice place, comfortable and modern. My room was clean and everything worked, though the ceiling fan was too noisy to use. Good location in a back street 10 minutes walk from the GT.

The breakfast option is kulcha delivered from a local restaurant at 9.30am. The bathroom was okay but taps, mirror and all surfaces were dirty with soap scuds and in need of a good scrubbing... very off-putting. The "garden" was just a room at the back with no roof, a single palm tree and artificial grass stuck to the wall. There was no city view despite the name.
