Nothing specific

No lights in washroom. Fan adjust button is not working. Few Lights in the room are not working. Toiletries are poor. Door locking system is not smooth. Not hygiene.

Good location w.r.t. kochi International Airport. Rooms good. Staff well mannered, helpful. Good food at reasonable charges. Free breakfast with Appam and vegetable curry was really enjoyable.

Lock of veranda shutters was not working in room no. 110 and 105.

Very good location and easily accessable in a quiet neighbourhood Joby Thomas is an excellent host and very friendly. The entire staff did their best to help us stay comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay Dinner was tasty and good. Choice of Breakfast could be a bit better.
