The hotel’s location is great. The bed, pillows, and shower are comfortable. The breakfast is good and rich in a variety of foods. The restaurant waiters and porter staff were good and helpful.

The staff mainly the receptionists and room cleaners are not that professional or not well trained on customer service. The internet is not fast and there are no reading or dim lights in the room. Also there are no hangers in the closet and no weighing scale in the room. The shower floor is open and could not control the water from flowing all over the bathroom. I wonder how this is labeled as 5 star hotel while it should be around 3. On top of that I was charged extra on my credit card payment since I was asked to pay in cash !

I loved the room, clean and big, cute mini bar, but the view of the room not much it’s Iraq street anyway

The bathroom was clean however I found a wound blaster on the floor which is weird
