Arrived at 21 ,Cold room. Heating turned on after checkin I had sleeping in all clothes till morning

"Out of season visit."

Receptionist (Pippa) was brilliant! Even though she didn't speak English and we didn't speak much Spanish..... we were able to communicate via mobile app. The late receptionist (?) Was able to sort out a flooding shower quickly. Breakfast was good.

Can only be picky, that would of preferred to have been offered a replacement room after flooded shower.
