- Ausblick vom Zimmer - Personal an der Rezeption - kostenloser Transfer 3x täglich in die City

- das Essen war eine Katastrophe - die Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe - das komplette All in Angebot war sehr schlecht, dann lieber nichts anbieten - der privat Strand war herunter gekommen (aus den Liegen haben sich die Metallstäbe in den Rücken gebohrt. - das Personal am Buffet wirkt ebenfalls so, als hätten sie auch kein Bock auf das Hotel - All in All können wir das Hotel leider absolut nicht empfehlen - ich muss leider sagen, dass dies das schlechteste Hotel ist, in dem ich je war - Besteck und Geschirr war leider häufig nicht richtig sauber

Hotel sam w sobie ładny, jest czysto, a obsługa bardzo miła. Kelly - dziewczyna z recepcji - jest odpowiednim człowiekiem na odpowiednim stanowisku. Pomogła nam we wszystkim od wynajęcia samochodu, przez znalezienie fajnej restauracji czy inne drobnostki i to mimo bariery językowej 😉 Świetna kobieta, pomocna, z poczuciem humoru 😉 Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju na apartament, który mieścił się z tylu hotelu więc było lekko pod górkę, ale znośnie 😉 Sprzątanie było codziennie, dziewczyny bardzo sympatyczne i uśmiechnięte. Jakieś niedociągnięcia typu poluzowany kran w łazience czy lekko zakamieniona słuchawka prysznicowa - do przeżycia 😉 Dość monotonne wyżywienie all inclusive, mała różnorodność jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel. Ale wszystko smaczne także nie ma tragedii 😉

Jedyny minus to dość daleka odległość od barów, restauracji i strome zejście na plażę. Jedynie mały market i jedna tawerna jakies 300-400m od hotelu. Najlepiej wynająć sobie samochód na miejscu 😉

nice rooms with a view, very nice staff

The room was spacious and clean- very kind ladies cleaned it everyday. It had beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located well, especially if you have a car- it is a great starting point to travel around the island. However-the staff deserves a special recognition. Everyone-ladies at reception, cleaning ladies, repairmen and restaurant workers were always smiling, very polite and helpful. And it is them who gives this hotel such a high note.

The food and drinks were monotonous and not tasty. Every breakfast looked the same and served very poor quality eggs and meat. Drinks were extremely sweet. Coffee machine available for guests only during breakfast which seemed like a joke. During the day you can make yourself instant coffee or during lunch something called “filter coffee” which is undrinkable. We rented a car so we weren’t limited only to hotel attractions and this stony beach (it is not hotel’s fault!), otherwise it would be hard to stay here happily for a longer time. The pool is small and the sunbeds get occupied very quickly so you might not find a place for you if you sleep longer than 8.30

Svidio nam se hotel, recepcija je jako lijepa. Soba je isto lijepo uređena. Po dolasku u kasne sate nas je dočekala večera, ručnici i posteljina su bili lijepo i dekorativno postavljeni. Kreveti za spavanje su udobni, balkon je predivan i pruža se pogled ka moru. Bazen je divan i stvoren za opuštanje. Plaža od hotela je prekrasna i ima veliki broj ležaljki i suncobrana i samoposlužni bar. Hrana je obilna i ukusna, velike pohvale za ribu i povrće pogotovo. Posebne pohvale za cjelokupno osoblje, od kojih bi izdvojili gospođu Doru s recepcije kao i Stefana, bračni par konobara u restoranu hotela i svo ostalo osoblje hotela koje je uvijek dostupno, na usluzi i u svakom trenu spremno pomoći i pronaći rješenje. Nadamo se kako ćemo se opet vratiti u ovaj hotel jer nam je bilo prekrasno i opet bi ponovile iskustvo i ovaj divni odmor. Srdačno, Natalija i Lana

Ose nam se nikako nisu svidjele, trebalo bi poraditi na saniranju istih jer lete posvuda i nezgodno je malo i sklone su ubosti.😢

Excellent service. All the staff are nice and smilling and welcomming all the time. DORA at reception is awsome, she is super nice and has special customer service skills,thanks to her. I also thank the bar tender Tuodor he is very nice and thanks to Abdul in breakfast kitchen,he is very nice. And i wanna thank all the restaurant staff,they were happy and welcomming all the time. I also wanna thank the cleaning ladies for doing great job.and thanks to all other staff.everyone in that hotel is special, thank you all.
