Hotel Garni Rabennest

Extremely clean and well kept motel, every piece of furniture and bathroom like just bought from a shop. The host & hostess were so kind and helpful I felt I have to come back as soon as possible. Rheinsteig-path goes right behind the hotel.

Rabennest is just beside a busy road and you can hear the traffic, although it will cease between 8-9 pm.

We had a wonderful night here! The hostess was so lovely, enthusiastic and personal, she welcomed us with a drink and recommendations and put out a nice breakfast for us. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a huge bed and a great bathroom (luxurious shower!). The accommodation is in a beautiful traditional town, walking distance to nice restaurants (recommend Schloss Philippsburg), the Rhine, the castle on the hill and a viewpoint over the village and the castle.

Nothing. Everything was superb.

This is a small place on a main road but it was quiet, with no traffic noise. The breakfast was better than most and there was a lot of it. We were pleased to find three English language television channels. The beds were large and comfortable. Like most people have said, the lady in charge is very friendly and helpful, a delight.

We didn't like the bathroom towels, which weren't very absorbent.

Very welcoming and super friendly owner. We arrived soaking wet from a thunderstorm on the Rheinsteig trail and we were greeted with warm drinks upon arrival. We felt sorry about messing up the room with our dirty walking gear but this was no problem at all. We had some nice conversations with the owner, she helped us with booking a restaurant and in the morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast.

The beds weren't that great.

The rooms have a generous space and they are very clean. The personnel is fantàstic, they look for you. If I come back to the Koblenz àrea I'll repeat with this hotel.
