駅やバス駅に近くスーツケースを持った行動もし易かったです。ホテルは高級感があり、お部屋も広く快適でした♪ 早朝のチェックアウトに合わせ、ブレックファーストボックスを用意して下さり、本当に助かりました。

浴室のバスソープが空だったこと。ゴミ箱が浴室のみ1個だったこと。

The location was convenient, close to the city centre.

Deeply disappointing stay. The room had not been properly cleaned: used underwear left in the closet, stained bedsheets, and a McDonald’s container on the desk. The bathroom floor had water seeping up with foam, and the room smelled of humidity from the moment we walked in. Despite our reservation being for 3 adults, the room was only equipped for 2, and we waited over 30 minutes for extra towels when we wanted to shower. Noise from neighbouring rooms made rest difficult. The service and cleanliness were far below the standards expected of a Pullman property.
