I feel the price is high compare to other stay.

The location is awesome right on the beach. The sea facing rooms are some where easily few hours can be spent. Sam is an excellent host. Starting from the food requirements, to the room, to every small thing he is always at the service of the guests and with a smiling face

The parking area could have been a little more as compared to the number of rooms, there aren’t enough space for parking

We stayed at the resort for 3 days and we were 4 adults and 4 year old kid .Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was awesome and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.And as we were travelling with kid , Sam the care taker of the resort made sure to provide food accordingly to her. That was very humble of him. One of the best resorts I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and clean. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean and were the same as shown on the website .It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at the best place in Goa. Special shout out to Sam the care taker at the resort . He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. And big thank you to him . We are very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Units are spacious and tidy. Good staff. Location anchor Sam helped us in all the things you need.

The rooms were clean, access to the beach is good. The team at site was really good and Sam was very cordial.

For the price point, especially during off season, the kettle could have been working. Although there is a shack attached to the place, a very small one, we got a message from the owner that we couldn't have F&B from outside, which I felt really strange as end of the day you are a customer who is staying in the room, not a walkin guest to the restaurant. Place doesn't have too ample parking, it can accommodate 2 cars and few bikes, I had to do quite a bit of moving at night.
