Cardboard house on the shore, sun-burned linoleum on the floor, one towel, rotten plumbing. I chose this room only for the sea view. The price is three times higher.

The host of the place - is fantastic guy, he was really nice and helpful. Without him my rank of the place would be much lower. The location is also great. The territory is very nice and you can see really beautiful birds on palms there

The place is extremely noisy, it’s impossible to sleep till 1 AM every day because of loud music in cafe nearby. You have to wait fot hot water for 3-5 minutes.

The vast sea view from your room is simply breathtaking. The staff are excellent. Food is tasty. Room is huge, clean and well kept.

The rooms were very dirty. There was mold on the wall. The rooms were not cleaned and the white towels were brown. We had to ask several times to clean the room. The garden view is on the other side of the road and that was not mentioned while booking.

Location was fine

Absolutely unacceptable. Grossly overpriced and misleading. This was one of the worst stays we’ve had, made worse by the absurd price. At ₹40,000, we expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality. What we got instead was a property that was frankly uninhabitable. The room had visible fungus, ants crawling around, and rusted, poorly maintained furniture. The hygiene standards were appalling. This was not a subjective “preference” issue. It was objectively dirty and neglected. We immediately asked the caretaker for another room because staying there was not possible. To make matters worse, the toilet flush was broken. Paying this amount and not being able to flush a toilet is beyond unacceptable. The owner was completely unreachable throughout. The caretaker told us he was trying to get in touch, but there was zero response. We sent clear photo evidence on WhatsApp and also uploaded them on Booking.com. There was no acknowledgment and no attempt to resolve the situation. The listing photos are outright misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the property. What is advertised and what you arrive to are two very different realities. We left the next morning because there was no way to continue our stay. This property is massively overpriced, poorly maintained, and managed irresponsibly. Save yourself the stress and do not book this place.
