O hotel tem boa localização, próximo à Lagoa do Taquaral e todo o seu entorno, com boas opções de restaurantes e demais serviços. O bairro é seguro, dada a movimentação de pessoas se exercitando, mesmo durante a noite.

O apartamento é minúsculo e nada ventilado. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno, relativamente exposto e pior é que o piso do banho é desnivelado e não leva a água para o ralo. Dessa forma, a água fica empoçada, deixa um ambiente insalubre, sujo e atrai bichos e insetos. Adicionalmente, a cama é de madeira, as gavetas são ruins de fechar e os insetos também se acumulam.
