What I liked most about this hotel was the combination of outstanding service and convenience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the covered parking with EV charging stations was a fantastic feature. Having direct access from the car park to the lobby made everything even more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would gladly return.

Honestly, there wasn't anything significant that I disliked during my stay.

We were greeted by smiling staff when we arrived and the desk staff were very helpful. We loved the decor. It was like going back in time. Our room was huge, spotless and had everything we needed. A bonus for us was we were able to charge our EV in the secure underground carpark. When we visit Canberra again, we will definitely stay here again.
