CLPEEl personal es amable; desde la recepción hasta el staff del desayuno. La atención es rápida así como la solución a inconvenientes. Llegar al hotel es fácil y las áreas comunes son amenas.
En mi habitación el TV no funcionaba. Por suerte, rápidamente nos cambiaron a otra habitación. En la segunda habitación, había una pared muy manchada y dañada por humedad. Esa segunda habitación también tenía la peculiaridad de que su baño no tenía puerta; era todo abierto. El agua caliente demoró mucho en salir y la potencia era muy baja.
