Pasamos 1 sola noche...cómoda cama..falta algo como un velador o mesita...buen desayuno..en fin, buena ubicación

Falta velador o mesita para tener a mano teléfono..remedios..y otros. Hay una repisa a lo largo de la habitación pero muy alta y si quieres ver el teléfono o tomar el remedio de las 02am..tienes que levantarte y además es muy alta la repisa. Yo mido 1.73 y así y todo debía tentar con la mano

No llegué a hospedarme en el hotel, el acceso al estacionamiento es estrecho, hacía abajo y en curva, demasiado para poner en riesgo mi SUV; cuando pregunté por estacionamientos cercanos la respuesta fue "no sé", "y si lo deja en la calle es su riesgo". CERO en mayuscula atención o preocupación por el cliente. Al final me alojé en el Hotel Isabel Riquelme, excelente en todo sentido, y que utiliza un estacionamiento público, oh sorpresa, a una cuadra y media de Las Terrazas. Era solo un poquito de empatía de parte de la recepcionista.

El servicio muy bueno por precio y calidad, se ajusta a lo que requeriamos.

En nuestro caso lo complejo fue salir del estacionamiento, dada la hora de llegada.

Si me gustó la ubicación . Pero yo reservé para 2 adultos y un niño y al llegar me cobran extra por el desayuno del niño . Me parece pésimo que no sean claros con las tarifas desde un principio y te agreguen extras al llegar allá

Cobro extra por el desayuno del niño que en la reserva decía que estaba incluido y al llegar me dijeron que no . Lamentablemente por la hora no pude de llegada no pude desistir

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, con un muy buen desayuno, habitaciones cómodas y acogedor ambiente. Recomendado para viajes de trabajo.
