Very attentive staff, personal approach

The friendly atmosphere, polite and kind owners willing to assist. A very quiet and clean place with friendly locals. Very pet friendly. Great food and service in local restaurants. Easy to comunicate in multiple languages.

Bed matress a bit stiff for older people. No other remarks which should be mentioned,

The location is perfect for skiing, with the school an easy 5 minute walk away. For more experienced skiers, there is an option to walk a few metres and then ski in/out via one of the blue slopes. The staff were very friendly, and facilitated a very late check in, which we appreciated. Breakfast was good, with lots of options and a very friendly lady who made hot drinks. The rooms were large and clean, with lovely views. Hot water is plentiful, and the showers are high-pressure, which we appreciated after a long day skiing. The hotel was also lovely and warm. Parking was ample, and the ski room is tidy and secure. We would happily visit again.

We had two rooms, and one was nicer than the other. It had two balconies, spare blankets, and extra storage, despite being the same price. Both were very comfortable and nice to stay in, however.
