Ubicación y cordialidad de recepcionistas

Sería importante mencionaran en descripción que, el acceso al hotel solo es por escalera, la cual es muy larga Yo tengo una discapacidad en una mano y de haber ido sola, no habría podido subir y bajar cargando mi.maleta. afortunadamente fui con mi esposo y el cargó el equipaje, pero una persona con movilidad reducida, No podría acceder al hotel
