Services were wonderful, room was neat & clean and spacious. Staff was very professional and humble. Highly recommended 👌

I like the size and the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was also good. Location of the property is quite good.

Room service was not good. Nobody was receiving call before 8 am. The cafe of the hotel opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm.

This property initially presents itself as a co-living space with a poorly executed hotel concept, evident in its insufficient staff and chaotic atmosphere. The entrance lacks upkeep, room cleanliness and interior maintenance are subpar, and the balcony disappoints with its view and surroundings. Throughout our stay, a persistent fire alarm disrupted our peace. The corridor resembled a playground, and breakfast lacked variety, taste and flavor. Overall, I cannot recommend this property. In addition to the aforementioned issues, there are several more points to consider. Ideally, Booking.com should refrain from distracting customers with misleading ratings and reviews, especially when such experiences like ours are far from pleasant. It's crucial for your website or company to conduct thorough checks on properties before onboarding them to ensure a positive experience for customers.
