Super Personal und Service. Sehr hilfsbereit Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und mitten im Zentrum (Busbahnhof) mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung in unserem Zimmer was sehr alt, Duschkopf hat nicht gehalten.

El hotel muy bonito, la cafetería genial, habitaciones espaciosa con terraza. El desayuno excepcional y el personal que nos atendió muy amable y agradable. Muy bien ubicado.

El baño era más normal pero cumple con todo lo necesario. El horario de recepción es limitado y en nuestro caso, al no poder hablar con nadie tuvimos que adelantar el check -in a lo que nos hubiera gustado y realmente nos hubiera atendido la misma persona si hubiésemos ido a la hora prevista.

Very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

No kettle in the room so no facility to get a hot drink. The bar shut at 6pm This did not spoil the trip. The hotel was fantastic.

Zeer goede centrale locatie.

De kamer was uitgeleefd, voornamelijk de bedden. Een houten plank had beter geweest. De matras was zo doorgelegen dat elke slaappositie pijnlijk was. Resultaat is quasi geen slaap.

1. The location is near the bus terminal, so itis convenient to move around. Bus 444(Tre cime), 442(Lago di Braies), 445(Cortina d'ampezzo) 2.Free bus and train use by providing guest transportation app.

1.Disappointed that breakfast was too little to eat 2. It's uncomfortable because there's no air conditioner and refrigerator

Breakfast is incredible! Large selection of cold foods in buffet style, espresso machine, and can order eggs which were delicious. The room was perfect - so clean, modern, bed was very comfortable, view of the mountains with a balcony, bathroom is gorgeous with robes and slippers. Staff is very friendly - we ended up being so delayed coming from Venice (flight delays, car rental problems). Got to the hotel around 8 pm and checked in with the gentleman from the restaurant with no problem.

The only thing was no air conditioning in our room - but we kept the window open and the balcony door slightly open which made it cooler at night. If we had brought a small fan it would have been perfect. Even with no AC I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit toller Sicht auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
