Check in per Telefon und Schlüsseltresor hat gut funktioniert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist immer jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend. Es ist genügend da. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal. Auf dem Flur steht ein Kühlschrank (für alle) zur Benutzung.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich altbacken und lieblos eingerichtet. Die 80er lassen grüßen. Keinerlei Deko, aber zweckmäßig. Der Außenbereich ist auch nicht sehr einladend. Da ist so viel Potential, das nicht genutzt wird.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns mit in die Stadt Eisenach genommen, damit wir Essen gehen könnten, da der Gasthof nicht mehr in Betrieb war.

Vom Werraradweg war das Quartier nur über einen enormen Höhenunterschied zu erreichen und ziemlich abgelegen.

Obwohl schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, befindet sich das Hotel/die Zimmer in einem hervorragenden Zustand, an der Sauberkeit gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Und es wurde ganz toll auf Wünsche eingegangen und Vorschläge gemacht, wir waren mit einem kleinen Kind unterwegs. Vielen Dank dafür.
