Hotel Mozart

Nous avons aimé la chambre spacieuse et propre, parfaitement isolée des bruits extérieurs. Nous avons aimé la piscine, très grande et très agréable. Nous avons aimé le buffet du petit déjeuner, ouvert dès 7 heures du matin. Nous avons aimé la disponibilité du patron, qui parle très bien notre langue française.

Vraiment rien. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Habitués aux résidences et hôtels avec piscine intérieure, nous plaçons l'hôtel Mozart parmi nos préférés.

Everything. Dinner is amazing. Room is very spacious. The place is very quiet.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bovendien wilde manager in eerste instantie niets weten van het extraatje (fles champagne)dat gasten volgens de aanbieding bij boeking via booking.com zouden krijgen. Uiteindelijk gafhij toe dat dit inderdaad de bedoeling was.

Very nice stay during our skitrip to Ischgl. The commute to Ischgl was 30-35min but there are ski areas more closeby. Very nice family hotel

Breakfast and dinner Location perfect (close to train station and a nice 10 min walk from center)

When I arrived at the Hotel Mozart I was told that they were fully booked. I was sent to another hotel some 30 minutes drive away that had the "same" room as I had booked. That hotel did not have an accessible room as I had requested. I need an elevator as I am disabled as originally stated in my reservation. I was then offered a small room, accessible by elevator. The view of the back yard was not the equivalent to a junior suite with mountain view that I had booked. Dinner was self service from a nice selection of dishes, but again not suitable for a disabled person walking with crutches. I was charged the same price offered by the Hotel Mozart but the accommodation was far subpar.

Nothing! I was turned away by the hotel for which I had a confirmed reservation.

Extra long shoe horn. Simple but very good dinner in best Austrian tradition.
