Poorly maintained. The hotel name was different to that advertised. The rooms was not clean. Bathroom didn’t have towels or toiletries. The bed sheets were torn.

Pathetic experience. We reached the property to understand they could not find our bookings. For hours we were sitting at the entrance trying to sort the issue and the person behind desk was blank and offered no help. To our surprise when we called the contact number of property it took us to oyo hotel and it mentioned booking was auto cancelled. When contacted booking.com they mentioned there was issue with payment and so booking got cancelled. We were stranded at the property that looked shady with no board of the hotel advertised. We called booking and they too could not connect to the property. Frustrated we asked booking to cancel the booking and to our surprise the hotel next day tried to debit the money from our account stating no show. It was an absolute nightmare experience we had with this property, we lost peace of mind and time.
