We got upgraded from side sea view to front view, amazing view. Sea, green patches, pools :) Meals were great, good variety of veggies, fish, meat, pasta, pizza, of good quality. Waiters/waitresses very quick to action any requests. The various reception personel were all excellent, spoke great english and would go above and beyond to help or provide information. Entertainment was nice, the bar room is a bit small but possibly due to early in the season as we had some storms. Bartenders in the bar room were great lads. 2 pools and a lazy river (ride a buoy and relax). Private beach, stone pebbles, free sunbeds, sea goes deep quite quickly. Variety of drinks was better than other all inclusives. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Wood style in the room looked from a different era.

Localisation parfaite pour visiter ! Belle plage avec volley et poisson et surtout levée de soleil splendide Spa et salle de musculation parc aquatique derrière l hôtel

Wunderschön angerichtete Buffets. Die Leute geben sich echt Mühe. Tolle Pools, Meer ist auch sehr sauber. Ein par Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel scheint sich gute Gedanken über die Nachhaltigkeit zu machen. Leider wurde wohl das Personal zu wenig geschult oder überhaupt nicht in dieses Konzept mit einbezogen vom Management. Trotz Mehrwegbechern wurden überwiegend Papierbecher benutzt. Die Tücher im Zimmer wurden täglich gewaschen, obwohl wir diese extra nicht in die Badewanne oder auf den Boden gelegt habe wie beschrieben. Trotz einer PET Sammelstelle in jedem Stockwerk hat die Putzkraft unsere PET Flaschen vor meiiner Nase in den Müll geworfen. Schade um das Konzept. Einige Mitarbeiter, besonders die Nachmittagsschicht an der Poolbar (die zwei Frauen) waren sehr minimalistisch und wohl eher abgelöscht von Ihrer Aufgabe. (Was evtl auch an den sehr vielen undankbaren und unfreundlichen Gästen liegt...). Die Herren am Abend waren toll.
