Room was good and manager was so The accommodations were beautiful and the neat and clean It couldn't have been better The staff was really helpful and courteous Room and bathroom was clean very nice hotal

The staff is great, place is attempted to be clean. Bathrooms were clean. AC / fans / TV etc worked.

Property in the prime location. spacious rooms. neat and clean bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. Food was good.

Some small issues like plumbing problems and non working AC remote

The rooms are not provided as the rooms are so dirty and reception guy so rood and not provided the room we need our full refund

NOTHING, I WAS REJECTED

My booking was confirmed, they have send me some blabla, but I was then rejected at the reception counter, because I am a foreigner. They refused to fill the C-Form. . . of course I have stated my correct nationality on the booking.com page, as required ! Rejecting a confirmed booking is against common standards and not acceptable. This MUST BE STATED ON THE BOOKING PAGE OF BOOKING.COM ForeignerS, stay away from that place !!!

Nothing much it was an absolute disappointment. The hotel charged 500 rupees over and above the booking amount which was paid by me in advance. When I confronted them they said that I should talk to the booking.com team and resolve the issue. I didn't have any other place to stay so I had to pay them extra money.
