Pool , suana and steam was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was cooperative and friendly.

We didn't get much vegetarian options in breakfast .It was same on all 3 days .The coffee machine didn't work well .

Alles war eigentlich gut. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Servicepersonal top.

Die Dame an der Rezeption könnte ein ganz wenig höflicher sein. Wirkt sehr hektisch. Aber völlig ok. Würde es jetzt nicht als sehr schlecht bewerten.

The breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all main spots. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

"Une belle surprise au cœur des Alpes!"

Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et confortables. Le spa était super, très relaxant et disposait de toutes les infrastructures (3 saunas différents, hammam, glace, bain glacé, jaccuzi,…). Le restaurant était vraiment délicieux, en particulier la chasse et la viande châteaubriant. Le petit-déjeuner était superbe. L’emplacement est super et permet d’avoir accès aux remontées mécaniques facilement.

La température du bassin principal aurait pu être un peu plus chaude mais ce n’était pas pour autant dérangeant. Au petit-déjeuner, nous aurions souhaité nous resservir de lard mais il n’est plus du tout revenu.

"Netter Aufenthalt"

Sehr gute Betten, heimeliges und ruhiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Spielecke beim Familientisch ist eine tolle Sache. Transport- und Gepäck-Service beim Ankommen und Abreisen.

Im Familienzimmer haben wir einen Kühlschrank, Gläser/Tassen und einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Hafermilch beim Frühstück wäre schön. Sprudelbad hat geschäumt und der Dampf brannte in den Augen. Für Familie mit Kindern lange Wartezeiten beim Nachtessen.
