Spa is amazing!

Nothing everything was great!

The view from this town is amazing. The shuttle service into Zermatt saved hundreds of dollars for me as a solo traveler letting me not book directly in Zermatt itself. All the staff were very helpful and my dinner at the restaurant was also very good and classy. While skiing in the USA has gotten very corporate and some ski town locals struggle to keep up, the locals in Switzerland have kept organic and family oriented business intact. Support this family and their multi generational family business!

Staff is perfect expect the lady from the Netherlands she wasn’t so friendly. The rest staf is fantastic.

Location you should call them and they bring you electrical car to drive further to hotel. This complicated.

I found the staff at Hannigalp to be friendly, helpful and competent. The amenities are nice and well organized. The hotel is in the car free zone of the village, it is very quiet, but the electric hotel taxi gets you there in the blink of an eye. The bed was comfortable, and the view from my room amazing. The bathroom is nothing to write home about, but there is a nice spa area. I did not eat at the restaurant, but it looks cozy. Hiking or trail running around the area is wonderful.
