L’atmosfera. Tipico chalet camera spaziosa anche se un po’ datata.

Durante il week end del nostro soggiorno si è svolto un torneo beach volley con relative serate musicali. Praticamente impossibile dormire fino alle 3 del mattino. Ecco, al momento della riservazione avrebbero dovuto avvisare del fatto .

Everything was just perfect.

The breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choice. Great location, very short walk to the ski gondola.

As we arrived we were given the key to a room that had people's belongings in it. They had not checked out. Then we were swapped to another room which had beautiful views but really in need of updating. The terrace door did not stay closed in the kids bedroom, there was no hot water in the shower for the 3 days. The owner kindly offered to let us swap rooms, and gave us a token for the spa, but I got the impression it was not the first time with the water system, and it was just things that for the price, should not happen, and just interrupted our short holidays. The ski room was an airless damp cellar with no ventilation, only accessible with a lift.

Love the authenticity and real Swiss culture, food, atmosphere and hospitality. The restaurant was excellent and we had a full Swiss experience with traditional food, live music and cheerful guests and staff 10 out of 10!

The location was great and the stuff very nice, helpful and friendly!

The rooms are very small for how pricey the hotel is

The bed was comfortable and the location was central

The TV and plug sockets were broken, there was no mini bar even though there was a pricelist for one, the shower was not very good
